At 07:30, you will leave Marrakech to set sail for Ouarzazate. Along the way, you will cross the magnificent landscapes of the Atlas, passing through the incredible Tizi n'Tichka pass which culminates at 2,260 meters above sea level. On the way, you will pass by the Kabash of Aït-ben-Haddou , filming location for films such as Gladiator or Kingdom of Heaven . On site, you will have about two and a half hours to discover the most surprising fortified city in Morocco and have lunch. You will continue your journey to Ouarzazate, where you will have about an hour and a half to discover the Kasbah of Taourirt . You will take the road of the Thousand Kasbahs to Skoura, and from there, you will cross the Valley of Roses to finally reach the Dades Valley , where you will be accommodated.
After breakfast, you will head to the Dades Valley and cross the incredible Todra Gorges to walk around and admire the landscape. You will then go to Merzouga crossing the Palmeraie of Jorf (where the best dates in the country are grown) and you will have lunch before arriving in Arfoud , a small village known for its fragments of fossils. Once in Merzouga, you will leave the vehicle and head into the desert on camels in search of the camp where you will spend the night . And there, in the silence of the Erg Chebbi desert , you will taste one of the most authentic dinners in Morocco.
If there is something unforgettable in the Erg Chebbi desert , it is the sunrise . After enjoying this unique moment, you will have breakfast at the camp and start the last day of the excursion. Then you will take the road to return to Marrakech via the Palmeraie of Tafilalet and the village of Rissani (at the origin of the Alauí dynasty). You will cross the plateaus of Accacia raddiana and the stone desert to reach Alnif , where you will take a road that crosses the Anti Atlas mountain range, passing by Tizi N'tfarkhin . You will continue your way through the village of Tinghir and the Dades Valley . You will arrive in Klaat M'Gouna at noon, where you will stop to eat and rest before continuing on the road to Marrakech via Ouarzazate and the High Atlas Mountains. You will return to your hotel again around 8:30 p.m.
