On the second day, after breakfast, you will continue our journey to Meknes , one of the most important imperial cities in Moroccan territory. Here you can visit luxurious palaces and beautiful mosques , as well as some of the most important souks in Morocco. After Meknes, you will travel to the Roman ruins of Volubilis , a UNESCO World Heritage Site . You will take a break at a local restaurant to regain your strength. You will end the day by going to a hotel in the center of Fez for dinner and spending the night.

You will dedicate this third day of the circuit to the visit of Fez, the oldest imperial city of Morocco , founded in the 8th century by Moulay Idriss II. You will visit the medina of Fes el-Bali , one of the largest surviving medieval sites in the world, declared a World Heritage Site more than 30 years ago. After the Medina, you will see the Medersa Attarine , one of the most beautiful Koranic schools in Fez. The next points on the route are the Ennajarine fountain and the mausoleum of Moulay Idriss, founder of Fez . You will then go to the Karawiyin Mosque , belonging to the Karawiyin University, the oldest mosque in history, founded in 880. Finally, you will visit the medina of Fez Jdid, the new part of the city .

You will leave Fez via the Middle Atlas Mountains . On this route, you will pass through the picturesque towns of Ifrane and Azrou . As you pass through the cedar forests, you will also see different Barbary macaques and Gibraltar monkeys . You will have lunch in a local restaurant and at the end of the day, the impressive Ouzoud falls await you. After visiting this natural wonder, you'll end the day at a local hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel in Ouzoud, you will head to Marrakech, where we will drop you off at the hotel or riad of your choice. If you wish, we can also take you to the city airport with sufficient time in advance.
