Before dawn (approx. 04:30–06:00 depending on season and hotel location). Guests are collected from centrally located hotels; exact time confirmed after booking.
Short drive to the launch area; light refreshments available on arrival.
20–30 minutes: meet the pilot and crew, safety instructions, and watch the balloon inflation.
45–60 minutes of airborne time, drifting over palm groves, the medina skyline, and distant Atlas foothills.
